Location

The journey to the south of South Tyrol is simple

Gartenhotel Moser
Our hotel is located right next to the enchanting Monticolo/Montiggl lake. You will reach our hotel by taking the Brennero Motorway A22, exiting at Bolzano/Bozen South. Then continue on the highway MeBo towards Merano/Meran. Exit the MeBo at Appiano/Eppan and continue on the by-pass to the exit San Michele/Appiano/Laghi di Monticolo. At the roundabout follow the signing to Monticolo, continue for 4 km through the wood and at the roundabout take the exit with the signing Lago di Monticolo. After a few hundred meters you will reach the Gartenhotel.

Weinegg Wellviva Resort
The Weinegg Wellviva Resort is embedded in the wine landscape of Appiano/Eppan. Take the Brennero Motorway A22 from Brennero, exit Bolzano Sud and proceed on the highway MeBo. Exit the highway at Appiano/Eppan, turn left to Cornaiano/Girlan and you’ll have reached your destination. If you come from the Passo di Resia (Reschenpass) drive through Val Venosta to Merano/Meran. There, turn onto the highway MeBo – exit Appiano/Eppan.

Seeleiten spa hotel
Seeleiten spa hotel lies right next to the beautiful Lake Caldaro. You will reach our hotel by taking the Brennero Motorway A22, exiting at Bolzano/Bozen South. Then continue on the highway MeBo, exit at the ramp “Appiano/Eppan-Caldaro /Kaltern” and follow the wine route towards Egna/Neumarkt to Caldaro/Kaltern. The Seeleiten spa hotel is situated right after the turnoff to the Lido at Lake Caldaro. If your journey to the south of South Tyrol leads you through Val Venosta/Vinschgau, turn onto the MeBo at Merano/Meran and take the exit Appiano/Eppan.
