Our cooking team with Chef Oliver always finds the right mix between regional and international dishes. For the preparation of our plates we exclusively use South Tyrolean quality products as well as products of selected suppliers. Every week we seduce you with different topic evenings into the culinary world of Italy and South Tyrol. The positive feedbacks of our guests encourage us to continue our daily adventure into the creative word of cooking!
