Worth knowing about the Weinegg

• Beauty-Information: additionally your vacation booking our Reception also accepts you booking for the Wellviva-Beauty-Spa. Of course you can book them when you are here at our hotel phoning 201 (Beauty) or 333 (Reception).
  
  
• For our smallest: The accommodation of the children in the parents’ rooms as well as parents’ suites is free until the age of three. For a cot we additionally ask € 8,00 per day.
  Children reduction:
  

  3 - 6	years	- 70%
  6 - 10	years	- 60%
  10 - 18	years	- 50%
  over 18	years	- 20%

  in the parents’ room with two full payers. Within the half board children can choose whatever they like from our children menu.
  
  
• Arrival and departure: On the arrival day you can move into your room after 14.00 o'clock. Foreign currencies, Euro or travellers checks will be converted at the daily exchange rate.
• Every extension day is settled to the same current price like in the week lump sum. For your arrival at the Weinegg, you are not tied at any particular weekday. Also within the week lump sum, you can choose your arrival day freely. 
• If you have to cancel your vacation at the Weinegg, no cancellation costs are calculated for you; therefore, it is not necessary to have a travel-resignation insurance.  
• Whenever you have a special wish concerning the room number we will try to realise it for you. However we cannot give you a binding promise. The organisation and arrangement of the rooms and the suites can slightly vary.
• For dogs we calculated a daily price of  € 10,00 (without fodder)
• If you pay with cash you get a special discount of 1,5 % on the entire hotel bill.

Important notes of the Gartenhotel Moser

• The hotel bill can be settled cash in all currencies and with Travellers checks, bank bills and credit cards. (Postal checks cannot be cashed at the hotel.) 
• Foreign currencies ares changed at the reception to the respective daily current rate. 
• With credit cards and EC-cards we do not calculated any processing fee.
• With cash payment you get a special discount of 1% on the entire hotel bill
• Our request whenever you want to cancel your vacation: please inform us in time. We try to sublet the room, shouldn’t we succeed with this, you have to pay 3 days. The same is valid also at premature departure.
• NEW: We offer a travel resignation precaution because there can always happen something before you start your journey and with our cancellation insurance, you are financially covered. Whenever you shouldn’t come or postpone your journey as well as call it off. EC norms say that such cases we could ask you to pay counterbalance commissions. In order to avoid this, we recommend to underwrite this travel cancellation insurance so that these are taken over by ELVIA travel insurance. Look for it:

• We accept dogs only with their own dog basket or blankets. They don't have any entry to the dining rooms and the Wellness areas. We daily calculate Euro 9,00, (for big dogs Euro 13,00), and it can be possible that the guest has to pay an optional fee for final cleaning. Please tell us in advance if you bring your pet with you.
• On the arrival day you can move into your room after 14.00 o'clock. If you arrive earlier, we like to spoil you on the garden terrace or in the restaurant. If it should not be possible for you to come until 19 o'clock on the arrival day, we gently ask you to inform us.

• The arrangement and plans of the rooms and suites can slightly vary. Please keep this fact in mind and show understanding if we cannot make any binding promises for room numbers and floors.
• Since 01.01.2005 Italy has become a “not smoking” country. In our hotel this is valid only for the dining rooms. In our hotel bar lounge and of course on the terrace smoking is still allowed thanks to formal ventilation. On wish of many guests, all our rooms are non-smoker rooms.

Wellnesshotel Seeleiten - general terms and conditions

• You find bathrobes, sauna and bathrobes, hair dryer and cosmetics mirrors in all rooms. 
• As single rooms you can only book the room types "Tyrol" and "Landhäus'l", SR - surcharge 30 %). 
• Our prices are per person and day with Seeleiten-well-feeling half board, generous breakfast buffet + Midday-Vital-Lunch with warm and cold dishes + 5-course evening menu, including all depositing, taxis and value added tax. 
• Reductions...  Would you like to book for bed and breakfast only? Then, there is a price reduction of € 15 a day per person.
  If you exceptionally want to have dinner somewhere else let us know before 14.00 o’clock otherwise we have to calculate the half board price
• Dogs... We accept dogs only with their own dog basket or blankets. They don't have any entry to the dining rooms and the Wellness areas as well as the Bio-rooms. Dogs must be led at the rope in the entire Hotel area. We calculate 12,00 €per dog and day - without fodder We daily calculate Euro 9,00, (for big dogs Euro 13,00), and it can be possible that the guest has to pay an optional fee for final cleaning. Please tell us in advance if you bring your pet with you.
• Nonsmoker rooms... all our rooms are nonsmoker rooms. 
• On the arrival day...  You can move into the rooms after 14.00 o’clock and on the departure day, we ask you to move out until 11.30.
• Room number... Please show your understanding if we cannot confirm a certain room number as well as floor 
• Payment conditions... The hotel bill can be paid in all currencies, with check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard). If you pay with check or cash you get a discount of 1 % on the entire hotel bill.
• Cancellation... Our request whenever you want to cancel your vacation: please inform us in time. We try to sublet the room, shouldn’t we succeed with this, we put 3 days in bill. The same is valid also at premature departure. 
• Travel resignation insurance... We offer a travel resignation precaution because there can always happen something before you start your journey and with our cancellation insurance, you are financially covered. Whenever you shouldn’t come or postpone your journey as well as call it off. EC norms say that such cases we could ask you to pay counterbalance commissions. In order to avoid this, we recommend to complete this travel cancellation insurance so that these are taken over by ELVIA travel insurance.
